This is a free creative tool. You can use it, share it, and keep everything you make with it. You cannot take it apart or sell it as your own product.

What You Can Do

Use 13Forge Studio for any purpose — personal, educational, commercial
Create anything you want and keep full ownership of your work
Sell, share, or publish anything you create
Install on as many computers as you want
Share the installer with anyone
Use it in schools, workshops, community centres — no permission needed

What You Own

Everything you create using 13Forge Studio belongs to you. Your pixel art, your animations, your exports, your game assets. We claim no rights to your work. You do not owe us credit, royalties, or attribution.

What You Cannot Do

Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute 13Forge Studio as a product
Remove or alter the copyright notice or this license
Claim you made 13Forge Studio

Marketplace (Coming Soon)

A built-in marketplace will allow creators to sell their work directly. Revenue split:

78% to the creator
2% to a community healing fund
20% to 13Forge

The 2% healing fund is permanent. Written into how the company operates. Not a campaign. Not a promise. A rule.

Privacy

13Forge Studio does not collect data. It does not phone home. It does not track usage. There are no analytics, no telemetry, no cookies. The application runs entirely on your computer. We do not know who you are unless you tell us.

No Warranty

This software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software. Use it at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

13Forge Studio is the intellectual property of Sean Morin / 2748684 Alberta Ltd. The engine, architecture, and source code are proprietary. This license grants you the right to use the software, not to access its internals.

Certain algorithms within the 13Forge platform are patent-pending. This community build does not include those components.

Termination

This license is perpetual. It cannot be revoked for any copy you have already received. If you violate these terms, your license to distribute the software terminates, but your right to use your existing installation continues.
